4. Services

Swapteria provides crypto exchange services, subject to availability in your jurisdiction and applicable legal requirements.

• Crypto-to-Crypto Exchange: exchange supported digital assets for other supported digital assets.
• Fiat-to-Crypto: purchase supported digital assets using supported fiat payment methods.
• Crypto-to-Fiat: convert supported digital assets into fiat currency where available.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

5. Fees and Charges

The use of certain Services may be subject to fees. By using fee-bearing Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

• fees are disclosed in your account before transaction confirmation;
• there are no hidden fees;
• exchange rates are provided at the time of transaction and may vary;
• network fees for cryptocurrency transactions may be passed through to the user;
• we reserve the right to change our fee structure where necessary.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime;
• fraud, deception or misrepresentation;
• violating applicable laws, statutes or regulations;
• attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts;
• using the Services to circumvent economic sanctions or trade embargoes;
• engaging in market manipulation or abusive trading activity;
• using automated tools to access the Services without our written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from any part of our Services unless expressly permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• HRDT FINANCE LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages;
• HRDT FINANCE LLC shall not be liable for loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses;
• HRDT FINANCE LLC shall not be responsible for unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transactions;
• our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Risk Warning: Cryptocurrency assets are highly volatile and carry significant risk. The value of digital assets can decrease significantly in a short period. You should carefully consider whether trading or holding digital assets is suitable for you.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, accurate or reliable.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

• you remain liable for all outstanding obligations;
• withdrawal of remaining funds may be subject to legal, regulatory and compliance requirements;

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which HRDT FINANCE LLC is registered, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.
